SBP102B

Inspired by the colorful viscose jersey knit fabrics, this top with sleeves is very easy, very simple, loose-fitting, and very flattering. It may be cut along the fabric bias or its vertical grain. It falls on the sides at the hip line with two contour options:

1) An off-center V-shaped contour that drops to about 6″ to 8″ below the hip line, and

2) A centered U-Shaped contour that drops to about 4″ to 6″ below the hip line.

This pattern is offered in six standard sizes: XS, S, M, L, XL, and XXL. Please refer to the measurements chart below to determine your size.

You may also order a “Custom” size that is larger, smaller, or simply different than any of the available standard sizes.

Suitable fabrics: Lightweight jersey knit fabrics. May be adapted to lightweight challis or crepe fabrics.  Just make sure that the fabric has a lot of drape!

Note: Yardage requirement may vary based on the striped pattern repeat and if the pattern is bidirectional or unidirectional. If using one of our fabrics, we highly recommend contacting us to discuss the desired pattern placement and resulting effect of striped pattern fabric or fabric with borders. We will be happy to determine the required yardage for your project.

Recommended Fabrics:

Any lightweight jersey knit fabric will work with this patter, Just make sure that the fabric has plenty of drape. A small list includes:

Roses – Aubergine, Roses – Brown, Roses – Green, Cecelia – Red, Cecelia – Gray, Cecelia – Yellow, Watercolors, Taliah, Zahra, Domaine -Cool, ChocoSplash, Tricotte.
