Description
This fabric is a fancy silk chiffon in an ecru color with small slightly lighter satin rectangles woven into the chiffon background. The rectangles measure 3/8-inch wide by 5/8-inch tall. Additionally, dark brown rectangles of the same size are printed over the main fabric and partially overlap the satin rectangles. The cream-colored rectangles have a 1.125-inch horizontal and 1-inch vertical pattern repeat, while the brown rectangles feature a 10-inch horizontal and 3.75-inch vertical pattern repeat. This chiffon is exceptionally soft and weightless. It is transparent and ultralight at 6.3 mm (28 gsm or 0.8 oz). We recommend matching the cream-colored rectangles when planning your pattern layout.
