Description
This exquisite guipure lace, also known as Venetian lace, is crafted in a soft cream color. The lace motifs are formed with flat satin braids, without a mesh backing, creating an intricate design. The motifs consist of vertical rows of leaves, each approximately 1.5″ in size. In alternating rows, the leaves face up in one row and down in the next, adding subtle texture and depth. The lace is non-directional, with a 5.25″ horizontal repeat and a 1.75″ vertical repeat. Featuring scalloped edges along both selvages, this lace has a slight mechanical give in the horizontal direction and a weighted, full drape.
