Little Luxuries – Striking Gold

This fabric is a luxurious and opulent shot silk dupioni in black and citrus-gold colors (Pantone® 14-0754 TPG Super Lemon). This fabric is made with 2 colors of threads, and this gives it the color depth and unique character. Both yellow and black threads are used for weft (horizontal threads) resulting in a striated look. The fabric is medium weight for a dupioni at 27.8 mm (121 gsm or 3.6 oz). It has a dry hand and crisp drape. The drape is very typical for dupioni and lends itself to lightweight structured garments and sculpted pleats.
