Description
This Italian cotton shirting features a tiny black and white houndstooth weave embroidered with overlapping pairs of 5/8-inch diamonds—one in white and one in olive green—arranged in rows with a 3.125-inch horizontal and 1.675-inch vertical repeat. The background has a subtle check pattern made of white pinstripes that organically echo the embroidery design. The embroidered section ends a couple of inches before each selvage, making the embroidered width slightly narrower than the full fabric width. This lightweight fabric (103 gsm / 3.1 oz) has a smooth hand, full drape, and is fully opaque, making it an excellent choice for shirts, tops, full skirts, and dresses. 100% Cotton. 59″ Wide. (M)
