A beautiful, soft, stretch, shirt-weight, cotton fabric in finest 21 wale corduroy weave in a calming aqua blue color. This fabric is very lightweight with a soft drape. Suitable for shirts, tops, dresses, pants, and skirts. 98% Cotton / 2% Lycra. 56″ Wide (C).
