Soft strands of blue teal chenille travel horizontally between twisted strands of blue, teal, and white fibers crossing black strands and making this fabric resemble the waves of the deep blue sea. This fabric does not have a wrong or right side. Both sides may be used as they are identical. Suitable for jackets, skirts, lightweight coats, and leisure pants.
