I used the Tencel Summer – Green for a pair of extra wide-leg pants #125 from the Burda magazine 4/2023. The tencel was very easy to sew and was very comfortable to wear. It is slightly prone to over-pressing, so I would recommend pressing from the wrong side or using a press cloth.
I also made a T-shirt from the Leaf Hound. The fabric feels silky, is stable, and wears nicely without pilling. My tip is to watch directionality of the print. It’s subtle, but it’s directional.
For pre-treatment, I soaked both fabrics in a very hot water, wrung dry, and dried in the drier on regular temperature. I repeated this twice in order to avoid further shrinking.
