This iridescent velvet is gorgeous. Threads in dark blue are woven into mustard colored backing resulting in medium iridescent blue color (Pantone® 19-3925 TPG Patriot Blue). This velvet is medium weight and is fully opaque. It is lustrous, soft, and has fluid full drape. This velvet is perfect for loose fitting garments with gathers and minimal structuring. It’s suitable for tops, and unstructured dresses and skirts. This velvet is made mostly from rayon fibers blended with small amount of polyester for ease of care. It looks and feels like silk.
