| One of the trends this spring is sporty. It showed up on the runway in high style sweats, hoodies, and leggings along with colorful sneakers and stylish duffles. One way to make this trend yours is to choose a sporty fabric, such as French terry and make it up in a style normally reserved for dressier fabrics such as a trapeze top. The one thing to avoid when incorporating this trend in your wardrobe is the head to toe sweat look. We're featuring this trend on our Sew in Fashion page later this week.

| Speaking of sporty, tonight's Chronicle featured sneakers! Expensive sneakers in all sorts of color combinations! There was even a watermelon - kiwi combination!

| Judy- I've seen those too - on the show What Not To Wear. They have shown some fabulous causual looks to upgrade the look from Sweats to Stylish Casual. I don't have a pair in my closet yet but hope to soon. It's a nice alternative to the usual sandal or flip flop.
