Does anyone know what ITY knit is?
I've seen it on several fabric web sites.
Thanks in advance...

| To the best of my knowledge this refers to a textured yarn that is used to produce matte jersey. I believe it is always polyester and the resulting fabrication has slight texture to the surface. I'll see if I can find the exact wording, but I think the TY is texturized yarn. I'll get back with more info when I have it.

| According to emmaonesock.com, "Interlock twist jersey is a medium weight jersey knit that is available in a wide variety of prints. This fabric is soft, beautiful, and comfortable to wear! It's perfect for travel, as well." Go to this site and check out "Sewing Guides" by Shannon Gifford for additional information, i.e., Pretreatment; Needles and Thread; Seams, Seam Finishes, and Hems; Interfacing; Pattern Suggestions; Creative possibilities and Additional Tips.
